01 · Overview

Make the losses visible before they become costs.

GCC has seen small inefficiencies turn into real costs. Most stay invisible until it is too late: nobody has measured where they start, what each one costs, or what they add up to across the company. This work brings them into view and starts closing them.

01

Unmeasured inefficiency

Losses and lost profit are felt across the company but never sized, so nobody can say what to fix first.

02

Costly mistakes

The recent pricing error on a tender and award is one example. Until it's clear where mistakes cluster, the same kind can happen again, and cost more as projects get bigger.

03

Uneven departments

Some teams draw people in and others don't. The reason, often how a team is led, stays hidden until someone leaves.

04

Routine work without AI

There's no shared guideline on which admin, finance and accounts tasks AI should take on, or with which tools. Construction-specific software stays with specialists.

What this builds toward: KPIs every team can work to, and a company good people choose to stay in.

02 · Approach

Human coordination first, then technical implementation.

Costs start where people hand work to each other. We find those points in the department, close them before they become costs, and then automate what is left.

              05 · About

              Asilo

We work with narrative: what people across an organization actually say about how the work goes, captured at scale through organizational storytelling and read as systemic patterns rather than opinions.

Our projects consist of multiple hands-on collaborative workshops and prioritize the most important elements to achieve your goal.

Since the decisions will be made only by the workshop participants who take part in the design sessions, it is important to us that as many stakeholders as possible are present and undistracted at the sessions.

If you anticipate the need for additional elements, please confirm with us before the start of each milestone so we can include them in the scope.
